Beachwater Builders was started by Daniel Torres, a State Certified Residential Contractor.

Daniel is a designer by nature and loves to create homes that are beautiful, functional, and
truly reflect their community.  His goal is simple, when a homeowner sees their home it brings
them happiness each and every time it is seen.

He and his family have lived in Indian Rocks Beach since 1999.  They love this community and
hope to help continue making it one of the best small towns in America.

Daniel's wife Valerie is a Realtor for Beach Gal Realtors.  They own Beach Gal Realtors so
they can offer the greatest flexibility and service to our coastal area.
